As the President of the Association of Social Workers of Sri Lanka (ASWSL), I am honored to introduce our association and its commitment to advancing the field of social work in Sri Lanka. The ASWSL is dedicated to empowering social workers through collaboration, training, and the sharing of practical knowledge that enhances our collective impact. Our objectives are focused on fostering research and development within social work, while also building meaningful national and international relationships that support our mission.

At ASWSL, we believe in the power of collective knowledge and action to address the pressing social issues facing our communities. We aim to create a supportive network that enriches the skills and resources available to social work professionals across the country.
